I recently had a great stay at a hotel in downtown Calgary. The value for money was fantastic, with reasonable prices for a spacious suite. The room had a big kitchen, perfect for those who want to cook their own meals. The staff were friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. The location on 7th avenue was convenient, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The best part was that breakfast was included in our rate, a great way to start the day without any extra cost.
All in all, everything was fine during my stay.

Found accommodation very generous, though more modest would have been O K.. We booked to late, and timing coincided with stampeed.

Great value for the money spent on a weekend stay. Conveniently located downtown with easy access to attractions and dining spots. the suite had a fully functioning kitchenette, comfortable bedding, and clean carpets. Parking was complimentary on certain days, and the pool was well-maintained with the right temperature. Free wireless internet was available.
The hotel's decor had a dated appearance, and the furniture were in dire need of an upgrade. the kitchenette was basic, and the room had a cramp ambiance due to the small windows.

While the impressive check-in speed was somewhat deminished by the slowness of the guest elevators it was Stampeed and everyone was in a festive no rush mood so all's well that ends well - a reasonably comfortable well serviced room.

Location, location, location. I also like the suite arrangement where you can close the bedroom door and have people in the sitting area for a visit. Like the fridge, too, for those longer stays.
The elevator! Sometimes you stand there for what seems like an eternity even though it's probably only a couple of minutes but when one is in a hurry, it seems to take forever.

Willingness of the staff to change the room
Hotel is old. We heard mice squeaking at night!

Staff very helpful
Air conditioning extremely noisy and intrusive. Bed not suitable to lie in while reading because of distance from wall.
